Day 1: Geneva - La Spezia⁠ It's a 6-hour drive from Geneva to la Spezia, totally doable in a day. I chose to stay in La Spezia because it's a "real" town and it's close to the Cinque Terre. It's not the most beautiful Italian town since it was originally built as a military port but it's authentic and less touristic.
